Lovely hotel. Room amazing.. But whole experience overshadowed by breakfast. Staff disinterested. Coffee machine awful. Staff not filling it with beans despite multiple asks. Coffee then tasted awful. I asked very nicely for a proper latte out of the machine. Told no. Breakfast was luke warm. Staff seemed inexperienced.

Great if you are going to a show at hydro,sec. The staff on front desk were so welcoming and helpful however after looking forward to the skybar i was so disapointed,the staff were truly horrendous,4 of them and not one smile or any chat to customers,one girl complaining she had asked for a day off and didnt get it,the other girl was so hostile,2 guys not much better £12.95 for a cocktail which was lovely,view amazing but no atmosphere spoiled the visit.

It was my first stay at the Radisson RED. From the moment I stepped in to the hotel I was welcomed by the lovely decor and an extremely friendly receptionist who took real interest in why I was visiting and gave me tips on how to make the most of my stay. My room was huge, with beautiful views of the Clyde, the hydro, the armadillo and the finnieston crane. The room was spotless. I then visited the sky bar and again was welcomed by the friendliest bartenders who kept pouring me many aperols! The sky bar is amazing, so much so I ended up there every night. Big shout out to Jenna and Sophie who kept me company at the bar late at night making sure I was having a brilliant time. I’ve been to many hotels but I’ve never experienced friendlier/better service. The hotel staff are truly one of a kind and a big reason why I’ll be coming back to the Radisson in the future. Thank you 🙂
