i have been coming to this hotel at this time this will be 4th year, this time on requiring just a cup of tea was charged £2 and cups were very small, previous years i coould have tea/coffee anytime at no cost, this hotel has gone down rapidly and will be my last stay here.

Basic and functional. Staff were helpful. Lots of free parking and dining options nearby. Easy access to motorways. Rooms could do with some additional features (like a kettle and power outlet closer to the bed). Corridors could do with a less depressing shade of paint. Overall, it's reasonable value.

Had a 3 person room, was very clean and good enough size. Shower was in the middle of room so a little awkward to navigate with 2 others. Checking in and out was really easy and staff was pleasant. Entry gate by the parking garage didnt feel the safest at night, but water side was good!

We visited to go to concert and the door to our hotel wouldn’t lock, we were offered another room but had no time to move our belongings,in the morning the cleaner entered our room on two occasions even though our check out was at noon and we were still occupying the room . Staff on reception were very friendly however it’s nice to feel safe in a room where no one can walk in at any point

Great all round, city centre in walking distance, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and beds comfy, my daughter loves the bunk over the double bed. Free and safe parking. Only down fall no coffee making facilities in the room but able to get a drink from reception at a cost

The rooms are very tiny. There is no AC but you can open the window a couple of inches. This keeps the temperature just low enough so you don’t drown in your own sweat. The bathrooms are so small that when you bend over the toilet to vomit your feet are in the hallway. At one point I saw a rat preparing to vacate the premises due to the threat of catching a disease. But other than that it was okay.
