Family events such as birthday celebrations are allowed and where guests are the only guests, it is worth clarifying that the volume of the music must be moderate, only for those who are in the house. In the event that the condominium security imposes a fine for the high volume of the music, it will be paid by the guest and the value is $700,000 COP.

It is important to clarify that by Condominium regulations, the entry of minibuses or Vans is not allowed, only private cars, motorcycles and taxis, Guests are not allowed to enter on foot.

La casa es hermosa, pero desafortunadamente tenemos que dejar una estrella de baja calificación debido a la mala administración de la casa. La empresa de administración y la asociación donde se encuentra la casa son simplemente terribles. Esta casa está amueblada para alojar a 15-16 personas, y la administración nunca pensó en mencionar que la asociación requiere aviso previo o permisos especiales para permitir una van de pasajeros en las instalaciones. Estábamos viajando principalmente mujeres y niños pequeños menores de 5 años. La administración no hizo nada y la asociación nos obligó a bajarnos de la camioneta y caminar varias millas con maletas y niños debido a un "permiso". No hubo ninguna advertencia para permitir la entrada inicial para que pudiéramos tener unos días para arreglar la salida. Nada. Nos tomó 3 horas para encontrar la casa, a pie, con bebés, niños pequeños y un montón de equipaje. Afirmaron que era por razones de seguridad, pero no había seguridad en permitirnos caminar por las calles durante horas. Intentamos alquilar carritos de golf, pero dijeron que no había disponibles aunque estaban claramente estacionados. La administración de la casa nos dio una dirección incorrecta y coordenadas según lo enumerado en VRBO. Fue un desastre. Desafortunadamente, no sabemos a qué otras regulaciones nos sometería la asociación, ya que una vez más, la administración no tiene ninguna divulgación enumerada, y por eso, no recomendaría ninguna reserva en esta casa.
