"The room is very nice and updated. The blankets, sheets, and towels were pure white so everything felt very clean. My only complaint is the pillows are too fluffy to where we had to sleep with 3 to have any support. Otherwise, it was great value for the price! "

"I’m a middle aged woman who was traveling alone. When I mentioned I was traveling alone, the owners/managers put me in a room right across from the lobby and the woman let me know I was in the room next to theirs. I found this quite kind and thoughtful. The next day, I needed 2 documents printed and the gentleman working the counter took care of that for me, too. It might not be the fanciest hotel, but my room’s shower had great water pressure, a quiet in-room air unit, a well cleaned room and the hotel has staff committed to fantastic customer service. I’d lodge there again if I return to Watseka. FYI, there’s a gas station/convenience store right next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street. A McDonalds is walking distance away and you’re only 2 miles from a WalMart super center, so the hotel is also very conveniently located. "
