Not impress with this palce at all. Dated motel for a high price Breakfast inclused meams a tim Hortons gift card for a 15 minute walk away. Room key deactivated at 11pm. Calldd the emergency number 10 times No answer. Did not call back until 2 hours later. Front deso locked. Just all.aroujd not a great experience at this motel. Would not reccomend.

I'd booked this hotel specifically because of the pool and hot tub and was really looking forward to spending time there. They were both out of order but there had been no communication about this beforehand and they were still listed as amenities on the website. Apparently they've both been out of order for a while already. I spoke to front desk about this and they said management would call me on Monday to discuss it but I haven't heard from them. I did use the sauna but found it strange there was nowhere to put my belongings while I was in there. No lockers or coat hooks or anything. The property also was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. And I was woken up both nights at 2am and 6am by noisy neighbours. Overall a very disappointing stay

The property is very dated and the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The carpet and bathroom floor had multiple stains. For the price we paid we were expecting something better. Pool/Hot tub were a disappointment as well (both not heated).

Great Gibsons hotel
This place was a nice stopover after getting off the ferry. The front desk staff were so friendly! Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so we didn’t swim. Breakfast is a voucher for coffee, hashbrowns & breakfast sandwich from the Tim Horton’s nearby. Fun surprise
