The room we stayed in had very hard beds and we had to switch the room on the 2nd night as we could not sleep again on those hard beds. I am happy they accommodated us. I have stayed there before and would stay there again. I like the pool and hot tub as well.

We were very unhappy with our booking, the room had multiple dark stains on the carpet and smelled horrific. Very offensive air freshener/ cleaner had clearly been sprayed excessively but it only served to add to the already bad smell. We cancelled our second and third night. We paid for the first night, but after we left we decided they should have given us a discount and have since requested this. No response yet. Overall very disappointed. When we checked out they said “ oh yeah, that carpet is due to be ripped up soon” I sincerely hope they don’t try to rent that room to anyone else!

Spacious room with a microwave And fridge on the second floor. It's a dated building. It doesn't have an elevator . The sauna is not hot enough maybe someone adjusted the temperature. I liked the warm swimming pool even when it was raining. Didn't try the hot tub because there were other ppl inside at the time.small little gym but does the work.Staff was friendly. Lot of parking. Saw a bbq grill which could be used n it's clean. as for the free breakfast, Tim hortons coffee,hashbrown,sausage ham egg wrap,biscuit,English muffin. Why ppl complain? It's free.

Good find for the price
Probably your best bet for Gibson for an affordable stay. The rooms are huge with high ceilings if you are in ground floor. Found a massive spider in the bathroom but that could just be unlucky. The free breakfast is a coupon to Tim Horton which is a 15 min walk… good value but don’t expect the breakfast at the hotel. For the price we recommend.

We liked the courtyard. The room was large. The widows didn’t open for fresh air. The Hot tub was not hot and the facility is basically an old hotel with a second floor added, no elevator. The hotel clerk was snotty and unfriendly. I would go elsewhere next time.

Can not and would not recommend.
This place is abysmal in every way other than the room itself. 3 or 4 utility trucks blocking the front driveway and initial lobby area for check in. Enter drom the back which will remind you not to come back. No power until well after check in. We could have had a courtesy heads-up! Asked about cancelling our check in and were told they couldnt help us as we needed to go through the online place we booked with. I beleive we tried to vook direct. The room itself was decent. Extremely dirty exterior (needs a serious powerwash and a coat of paint) and interior hallways. The room was quite good though. No elevator. Walking by ground floor rooms with people half naked within full view in our first few minutes was not comfortable.

Was a cute little place , offered free breakfast at Tim Horton. It an old building but it works to be closer to the ferry terminal. Staff was very nice, stayed late to help me with late checkout.
