We do not recommend Bentley Holiday Apartments - terrible customer service. We had to cancel our booking as we had a family emergency ioverseas. With all our stress, we forgot to cancel the booking. We tried to contact them on the day, but the phone just rang. We contacted Hotels.com (who were very helpful) and also tried to contact this comapany - no response. When Hotels.com eventually got hold of them the next day, they were most uncooperative. We realise that the mistake was ours and WE WERE NOT REQUESTING ANY MONEY BACK. We only wanted the opportunity to rebook at a later stage, and we would even pay the price difference, but they were uncooperative. Bentley Holiday Apartments showed no compassion or empathy.
