This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Great property in Gent
Superb modern property in Gent. Perfect location (and the building actually features as part of a tour on the Visit Gent website, but I will not give away too much about that!). Lovely rooftop balcony and top floor, which is a sun-trap so can get a bit hot in high summer

Beautiful apartment in the center of Ghent
This is an airy, beautiful apartment filled with natural light in the very heart of Ghent. It is across the street from a church and very near bars, restaurants, canals and shops, so it's very easy to get to everything you want by foot. This apartment does sit right above 2 bars, so at night it can be pretty noisy, so bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound.

Wunderbare, sehr gut ausgestatteteund komfortable Wohnung mit bezauberndem Blick auf die Türme von Gent. Leider nachts sehr laut. Nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkt sind.
