Front desk person was nice, but upon arriving in our room we found the bathroom toilet and floor filthy. Something was smeared on the front of the toilet (very obvious if someone had actually cleaned the bathroom) and the floor had dried urine on it. After asking front desk for cleaning solution and a cloth, I was cleaning the bathroom myself only to find it filthy behind the toilet as well. A clean room is such an important part of a hotel stay and this is not acceptable. The wooden headboard attached to the wall also was covered in dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I think the cleaning staff needs some training.

Very clean, apparently renovated in recent past. Quiet. Fellow at the desk was very polite & informative. Good variety of foods at the breakfast area.

The staff was very rude. The room service never showed up to maintain our room. There was no breakfast as advertised three out of the five mornings of our stay. Security doors were left unlocked at all times allowing anyone to walk in. My room had a bug in the bed the moment we walked in and the sheets were not clean. Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I for sure will never stay at a Best Western again. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

Room was decorated nicely but it was obvious the tile floor in the sink area had not been swept or mopped. Small trash left in the corner under the sink, behind the trash can. Dust bunny under the suitcase rack. Other specks of dirt near tub. Made me feel like they probably didn’t vacuum either so I looked closely and found evidence that was also true. Cleanliness should be most important at a hotel.

Was told me room was not going to be ready the first night, After looking for a new hotel and calling back to cancel my room was magically ready. Upon getting there the bathroom lighting never worked, and was never fixed, Lights in the room were burned out/ flickering, Microwave was not working when I got there, Temp gauge on the tub was broken, Room service never came or brough fresh towel any nights. Service greatly did not reflect the price I paid.

It’s my second time staying here. Perfect for a weekend away. Close to what I needed also. Pool area is nice . Sauna was amazing . Breakfast was also good . Breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked .
