The hotel and room was amazing given what we paid. Have taken 1 star of the 5-star rating because there was no dustbin in the room and no tea/coffee, kettle or water in the room!!

Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. In contrast, I’m now at the Ibis Petit Lancy and the staff smiles and are helpful. My room smelled musty and damp. Bed felt damp as well as the carpet. I had problems sleeping because I kept smelling cigarette smoke in the room. Also, the water and other stuff had a crazy mark up in comparison to the local supermarket.

This was an emergency stay and it was up to my expectations. Pet friendly was my main criteria :) Room was nice and clean! Staff is friendly. Will stay here again if needed. Room prices at the reception are cheaper than Expedia, though.

Bed was extremely comfortable! The room was very clean. There is only a shower, I was looking forward to a bath.... I wish they had airport shuttle all day long. I got in at 3 pm and had to wait. Take notice, it is restricted.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped us set up our free tourist cards which give you free access to public transit - a great way to see the sights and enjoy the beautiful Geneva waterfront. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and in a bright airy room.
