An okay hotel.
Carpets need updating as are old and stained. Other than that, a nice, comfortable room, comfortable beds. Spa was overcrowded, there are 2 saunas and 1 steam room but all are small. Breakfast was nice, but overpriced. Overall, it was a nice hotel and good value for money off season.

I do not recommend!!!
One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent and they all spoke great English, which was very helpful for me. Room was nice and clean. Good sized bathroom as well. Breakfast was phenomenal. Had a great experience here. I hopefully get to come to Gdańsk again in the future, if so I know where I will be staying.

It's a little pit of the way but that's pretty obvious from the advert map, next to a main tram stop, minutes from the beach. Very friendly staff.

A long way from anywhere
Whilst this hotel is close to the beach there are no decent shops nearby and only a couple of reasonable places to eat. There is decent cheap public transport so you can go elsewhere but then frankly you may as well stay elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels near the sea along this coastline and it was just my bad luck that I ended up here. Makes it pretty expensive as they charge what they want having a bit of a monopoly. Food in the restaurant looked ok but wasnt much to write home about and serving a burger on a roof tile with two jam jars and a flower pot may still be considered trendy in some places but please lets just go back to plates.
