While it is an older style facility, it is nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the goody bag of assorted snacks was a nice touch.

We stayed one night here before going to Cades Cove. The staff were great, but the facilities are a bit old for what you pay. The bed was not super comfortable and the air conditioner made a screeching sound all night. The place is super convenient to the national park and I’m sure it would be great if they did a little upgrade and modernization.
