We had a fabulous time at the Edgewater. Everyone was so kind and helpful. There was a convention going on but they still kept the breakfast buffet stocked throughout the morning.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Good complimentary breakfast with moderate options. Pool was nice and vacant which was nice and private for my family. Room was clean. Beds were squeaky but clean. Parking was great and very accessible location to many activities/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We were staying at the hotel and experienced car trouble, unfortunately on Labor Day weekend. The staff was very accommodating and was able to extend our stay for another three nights and keep us in the same room. We were on a long trip but it was absolutely the best hotel of all the places we stayed to have an issue because restaurants, shops and attractions were all within walking distance (no Uber available). There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel but they did have a free breakfast every morning which was pretty good.

Friendly Staff from every department. Good Breakfast. Pool area was okay. Not huge but was great especially being able to swim outside from inside. 2 hot tubs that were hot. Jets would stop working; but once they knew it came on quickly. Downtown is walkable. The river was nice. And being able to sit on the patio and hear the river and see the mountains was Great! Nice Room. Clean! Definitely will come back here!

The staff at this property were all great! We arrived early in the morning and asked the front desk about an early check-in, and they told us to come back around noon and they should have our room ready. We came back and they had it ready for us and it was no extra charge, which was a huge blessing since we had traveled all night with two young kids. The room wasn't anything extraordinary, but it was clean and everything was in working order. The pool area was really nice! They have a good sized pool that is part indoor and outdoor, there are two hot tubs and a water slide. Super fun perk at this budget-friendly price point. Now our only real negative for our stay was with the breakfast. First let me start by saying that the breakfast staff were so kind; they always were making sure the food was stocked and area clean, and were so so friendly! The real letdown was that during our whole stay the breakfast selection did not change once. We are blessed to have had a breakfast everyday included with our stay, but nothing changed, not even the fruit selection (it was whole oranges every day - surprised they couldn't offer bananas or apples as well.) After the 2nd day, we were contemplating going out for breakfast, but needed to save money. For this reason, we would not book here again. This is our personal opinion, so others might not find this to be an issue.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was clean. It is an older building and the room we stayed in the carpet did have some moldy smell probably due to the jetted tub moisture being in the room... Just something to be aware of for anyone with respiratory sensitivities! The parking garage underneath was convenient two levels. Very good location making everything within a walkable distance. I would stay again!

Room was nice, clean, pretty good breakfast & we had a balcony over looking the river. Choose this place for the pool, hot tub & location so family could relax after traveling . They had so much bleach in the hot tub it that it burned your eye balls. It was the general consensus among folks using it while we were there.
