Very well kept resort and property. Had a problem with room assignments. Resort staff booked wrong rooms to registered guests. I booked both rooms but when I explained the quests to stay in rooms the staff failed to get rooms assigned correctly. Manager told me it had been corrected but upon checkout it was still wrong. The staff kept telling me it was because I had used Expedia, I do not think so!

Very noisy people beside and above us. For some reason alarm clocks was set in both our rooms for 6am. We never set them. $40 for buffet was a rip off. Staff was very friendly and transportation to Dollywood was great but $900 for 2 rooms for 15 hours is crazy

Great atmosphere Enjoyed every minute. Resturant charged full price for grandson to eat a piece of chicken. Paid over $150 for three of us to eat. Excessive I think but I didn’t complain. Just paid. Only complaint!

We found bed bugs in our room and the property did nothing for us. They claim to have had a company come inspect the room. Only for us to find bugs again in which we promptly brought to the front desk. They did give us bags to put our stuff in(thanks) we instead tossed most of our belongings in the dumpster. As for the food we paid just shy of $300 for a buffet thanksgiving dinner which was cold and tasteless.

What a beautiful setting. Sitting around a fire pit, looking at Christmas lights and then going inside to a piano player in the atrium. A little ice cream before retiring to a very comfortable room and then waking up to cinnamon buns to start the next day. We had a wonderful time.

A beautiful and Christmas filled getaway for my cousins and myself! We loved the grounds decorated so elegantly and fire pits ready for gathering! The rooms were so comfortable and well stocked. We took the bus to the park and returned the same way. Easy!
