Decent but there is better
Decent hotel , price is better than most. Don’t stay in building number 2 if you want to use the pool. You have to walk all the way through the main building and pass by all the stuff they have for sale just to get to and from the pool. This is something new they use to have an entrance on the side but since they added more stuff to sale you now you have to drag your kids past all of the stuff twice.

Went down for a few days to go to splash county. This was perfect for a few day stay. Love all the options you have just to do inside the hotel for food and snacks. We did the suite with the 4 bunks for the kids. The older kids are 5.6 or taller and they fit just fine. Super comfy king bed and love the blackout shade.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here on our family vacation and were looking for a hotel in the heart of our destination location and kid friendly and Country Cascades waterpark resort did not disappoint. The pool and water slides were awesome and then later at night we enjoyed smores around their fire pit. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view on the smoky mountains. It was also walking distance to the endless attractions that pigeon forge had to offer. Would recommend and stay again!

Quite nice hotel and pool area.Busy area but set back from main highway so fairly peaceful. However our 'mountain view' was interrupted by building works directly across road from balcony. This coincided with building noise from about 7.30 am. Not great. Couldn't access pool area adjacent to Building 2 without walking across car park to Building 1 and walking all the back through to end up by pool, 30m from Building 2.......bit silly........ Also, one morning builders having gas pipe issues. Very strong smell of gas noticable from balcony and in room ie being sucked in by a/c unit. Required fire and police attendance but nobody from hotel seemed particularly concerned. Hotel offer towel service, or should I say tea towel service.

Loved loved staying here. It was very clean and quiet. The pools were amazing. Very nice staff. The lobby area is so nice and the pastries were sooooo good. Try the cinnamon Oreo …oh my! They have events each hour within the hotel… there are pool towels there to use along with floaties and pool vests for the children. We would definitely stay again. Only one complaint ; there was no hot water coming out the bathroom sink..
