We really loved the property it was nice and clean and it gave a cabin feel and the river out back was so relaxing and calming, my husband never wanted to come in. The breakfast was always hot and it was plenty to eat. We would definitely come back again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony facing Roaring Fork so it was nice to go out and sit and relax. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, we only ate there one morning, we went to eat other places the remainder of our trip. We did have a few bears pass through while we were staying there which was a cool experience. We would definitely stay here again.

For the most part it was nice. The hotel was clean, we saw a bear one day, the river and area around it was clean. Overall it was a good hotel. The only things I really didn't like was they allow smoking on the balcony outside the rooms. The smoke kept coming in our window. I really dislike cigarette smoke as I quit smoking years ago, and still get cravings. Really they should have a designated smoking area away from the building. Also the VIP amenities were two water bottles and two apples, (meh kinda not really amenities). Regarding breakfast, my wife usually eats a very light breakfast early (ie a banana) and later on in the morning eats something else like yogurt. When we came into the dining room there was a sign stating all the food had to be eaten there. We got around this by going to the local Publix and getting a 6 pack of yogurt for her.
