The morning we checked out, when we took a shower, we realized we only had one wash cloth for both of us to use. The bed was creaky too and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Great stay!
Our room was clean and decorated very nicely. Liked the rustic, country feel to our room. And, the stream/creek was right outside our balcony. Best thing about the stay, one of the people from the facility called and told us our room was ready and we got in way earlier than we thought we would! That was awesome! We had trouble finding the Lodge and we had to t/t the girls twice!! They were so helpful and kind in making sure that we made it to our destination. We so appreciated their kindness!

Pleasant staff Adequate breakfast to start the day. Both Pools and hot tub were "out of order" and not sure if they are planning to be used for the rest of the season? .... ( was always told "maintenance is coming") so that's a bit misleading if you want to use those facilities, but we had plenty to do exploring Gatlinburg. It is a quieter area on the north end of the busy strip...we enjoyed the mountain stream and walkways and the view from our deck.

We rented for four days. We left after day one. Upon arrival we were told four times that there was no refund for early departure. Well we know why now. Shower curtain was full of mold and very dirty. Our room was old and dingy. I didn’t use the comforter. I didn’t trust it. Breakfast was outdated yogurt and biscuits and gravy. It’s also a bit of a walk to the main drag. I would not recommend in my opinion

Love this place . Balcony chairs so great to experience nature . Bubbly and vibrant creekside room with the sound of nature while we slept. Awesome ! In the morning, walking along the brook/ creek so invigorating and calming . Walking distance to all of Gatlinburg attractions however I am a hiker . Breakfast is all carbs except yogurt. Room has a fireplace , bed is comfy but the room is decorated western and a bit dark . Good ambience. Around the hotel plenty of things to do . Winery in front is a must visit . I will accommodate myself here again .

Great place. Our room was larger than a typical hotel room. Very roomy. Daily housekeeping was a nice feature. Private balcony was great. We were on the creekside so no one behind us except a few condo/ cabins. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. The free Trolley to downtown stopped right in front of the lodge so no nees to drive and park..... i could go on and on about the great experience we had here.

We had an issues with stink bugs and the bathtub sank in on one side when you stepped on it. It was clean smelled clean, nice and quiet, you can tell it’s an older rental.

This property was very clean, the furniture in our room had a log cabin feel. The bathroom was small and the tub was hard to get into as I have some mobility issues, but I managed. Our tv wasn't working when we got there, we called and they tried to fix it but couldn't, so they traded our for a different one. Our room was cleaned everyday. The back door of our room was overlooking the creek with a couple of chairs and a small table to enjoy the sounds. The trolley stops right outside of the main building so that was very convenient. The pool looked beautiful but we never use it. The breakfast was sausage flavored gravy, biscuts, pancakes, bagels, dry cereal, yogurt, juice, milk and coffee. We ate there one morning, but across the street was a wonderful pancake place. We will stay here again.
