This 59 square meters apartment is the perfect choice for your next vacation with friends or family. Enjoy the terrace and garden with access to the pool and the sea.

It consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV) with an open-plan equipped kitchen, and a cabin bedroom with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, opening onto the terrace and garden, where you can relax with outdoor furniture and 2 sun loungers.

Appartement en mauvais etat. Portes de placards desajustées, charniere arrachée. Lattes de lit cassées, salle de bain minuscule... bon courage pour entrer dans la douche et aussi bon courage pour fermer la porte !!! Et bien sur pas de tapis de bain.. les chiens voisins hurlent a la mort, et le boulevard voisin sert de circuit automobile toute la nuit avec un niveau de bruit excetionnel..... bref a eviter !
