"A girls trip from the Midwest and found other girls/ families from the Midwest who were here for a winter getaway! Small enough to get to know staff and other guests to share ideas of places to go/sites to see on and off property. Loved staff Hugo Arnold and Alberto! Mateo can get you a taxi anytime to go to Punta sur or Playa Norte for the day. But we loved coming back to this quiet home. Very clean! Staff is wonderful! Love that it is a smaller resort. The beach is great with a beautiful sunset view. Beach chairs were plentiful and beds on beach to escape the sun if needed! The pools are both great! The sky deck felt like a private beach club with a top notch workout room better than hotels twice this size. Loved that all meals were table service (room service available but never used it) No buffets!! Food was prepared special for each plate and very accomodating to requests. Try green enchiladas or huevos rancheros for breakfast! They make an amazing cappuccino and tequila sunrise at the bar for breakfast. Get fish or shrimp ceviche at the snack bar for lunch. Don’t miss the corn cream soup and grilled salmon with a lemon drop martini for dinner. Tip well and get amazing service! Full Bar service at pool and sky deck for amazing fun! Ask for a special shot (Mexican Candy shot) or the bartender’s recommendation and you won’t be disappointed! "

"Everything about our stay at Casa Ensenada was superb. The communication was too notch. One of the owners was there to greet us upon arrival to show us around the home and give us some tips on navigating the island. I hey had a fresh bowl of pico, guac and a kitchen of margaritas for us to enjoy after a morning of traveling. Daily cleanings including our own personal laundry was amazing. They checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn’t need anything. The set up our transfers from the airport to the ferry and we requested a golf cart for the week that they also set up and had waiting for us as we arrived. Unfortunately one of the members of our family had to go to the hospital Nick and Terri were right by their phones to make sure we got wveything taken care of. The house had everything we needed to fully function. Literally the most perfect week on the island. Nick and Terri you both were wonderful.
