Room was nice but , when checked in the front staff was a little rude . I didn’t know I needed to pay for parking and then had to put a 150.on the card and was told it was for parking and if anything went wrong. Just think that needs to be explained better when staff comes in or books the appointment. Thanks

We stayed for 2 days and asked for fresh towel probably 3 times once from reception twice from housekeeping. I was never delivered. We specifically asked that our washroom drain cover is not present and it stinks from the drain, we requested to send someone to fix it. However our requests were neglected multiple times during our stay, this is not what we expected or paid for.

They charged us $750 for a broken tv which we did not break! We called our bank and are filing a police report due to this being a fraudulent and criminal action. The hotel apologized and said they would refund us, which has not happened. This cost my company a ton of lost time and income.
