"The location of the property was great. Directly across the road from the giza plateau entrance which also allows for a good rooftop view. The staff is what made the experience at this property good. Kamal and Gamal were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed such as transport, tickets, tours, etc.. without any worries. They also made sure the correct uber was picking us up as the number plates are in arabic and there are several "ubers" and taxis waiting out front to find customers. The free freshly made falafel every morning for breakfast was also top notch."

You’ll be greeted by the friendliest staff! Manaa at the front desk was super helpful, he went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! And Omar at the rooftop restaurant had a smile that will light up anyone’s day. Make sure you ask for them! Comfy, clean rooms, hot (very hot) water, a/c, complimentary water, and a breakfast buffet with so many options! I loved staying here so much that I booked an extra night. "
