There were so many mosquitoes in the room. The air con was not working at all. The staff was not at the cooperative. In a row requested to fix the air con, but no one paid any attention to the request, asking for a refund, or some kind of compensation but there was no manager available to sort out any issues. The staff has no authority to make any decision!! The bathroom door lock was broken, my 9-year-old son and my husband got locked and the staff had to come to open it with a screwdriver. We had to sit for 3 hours in the reception on the last day as we had a flight back to England at 5:55 am, we called a taxi to leave early for the Bergamo airport but there was hardly any taxi access in that area, so me, my husband and my kids 13years and 9years old had to wait at reception for 3 hours, kids wanted to sleep they just had to lie on Sofa at the lobby. No one even bothers kids tired and need to have a bed to rest. Ultimately we all had to stay awake all night until the taxi arrived at 2 am. The receptionist took all of my and my husband's phone/email so that the manager would call us back. After waiting all day I had to call the hotel and still nothing was resolved, no refunds and no return call or email from the manager. Upon calling the hotel, the staff said the manager was still not available and would hear from them tomorrow??? This is so unprofessional.
