The room was exactly as pictured and was very clean and comfortable, the food was nice enough.
However, the staff behind the bar seemed to be under a bit of pressure. When making our cocktails we watched the the bar tender struggle to get the daiquiri out of the blender so decided to pour tap water into our drinks to water them down to make them easier to pour. Furthermore when something landed on top of my mothers daquiri he used his fingers in her drink to scoop it off.
We also had to explain our food order several times as the staff did not seem familiar with the menu. We did not have any special requests, they just did not understand the dishes, even when we pointed to them on the menu they still struggled.
