Excellent staff I needed a single page document printed and scanned and they took care of it immediately. Great location, clean and comfortable with great interior/bar area and excellent breakfast. A great place to stay.

Believe the reviews that call this place a catfish hotel. Outside and the hallways are lovely but the rooms were not. The carpet was filthy, the wallpaper was damaged, the headboards were damaged and peeling, there was no aircon, only headboard lamps and a light in the entry way. Parking wasn't on site but close and cheap enough. I only stayed for one night so didn't bother complaining. The location and the restaurant are the best things about this place. I definitely paid way too much for what I was provided. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website, which was a bummer after a long day of travelling to get there. The staff were friendly. Although, when checking out, there were no staff at the front desk even though their bags and mobile phones were there. After a while walked around to find someone and the staff were all at the restaurant having coffee. I wouldn't return here until the rooms actually match the photos on the website.

This hotel was a little old, worn, and dated. Nothing to stop you from staying here, but should be refreshed. It is located across the street from a very busy and loud beer garden that goes late into the night so ask for a room away from the street. On the positive side, it is a very nice location and the staff (particularly Marta) was very helpful and kind. The included breakfast was also nice.

Property is a bit dated but it is clean. Rooms are small but clean. The location cannot be beat, it's literally across the street from Eyre Square. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend you take a walking tour with a local guide, you’ll find the brochures in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location to access all Galway has to offer and public transportation. The hotel is modern and near many dining options. Also 2 things the have that may seem minor but that i sadly rarely see in hotels but always want: 1) true blackout curtains that overlap, and 2) a light in the wardrobe. I would absolutely stay here again.

Front desk was friendly. Room not so great. First night one of the 2 of us got to shower then there was no water pressure. Like drops coming from the sink and 0 from the shower. TV got 5 channels?!?! Night number 2 we had a drunk person knocking on our door at 3 am…concerning. The door to get to the rooms is connected to the bar area and there is no key needed to get into that door that leads to the hallway to the rooms!!! For $300 a night very very disappointed.

Although the restaurant-bar service, food, etc.,was wonderful,as well as the breakfast service, my room was a bit cramped and had a constant smell of cooking odors wafting in from somewhere. The mattress was a bit firm too. Otherwise, a clean hotel and very well located!

I thought that the staff were very friendly and helpful, and that the restaurant and breakfast facilities were gorgeous, but that the room itself was very small and the parking is non existent. The location is fantastic, but the rooms themselves are very utilitarian.
