Reception was very good as was parking. Room was outdated to 80’s standards with no A/C or drawers for your clothes. Bathroom and shower in need of renovation. There was a terrible sound coming from the back area (assume garbage area) of the hotel at 4 in the morning!!! 2-3 star at best.

The hotels itself and the staff were personable, offered assistance when asked and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We were referred to some great spots and a terrific pub. Also, the room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Family Stay
Hotel room was really spacious for a family room. Safe provided in the room also. We stayed for two nights and ate at the hotel on our first night and had breakfast there in the morning. Breakfast was much better than the evening food, and we went elsewhere for the second night/morning for a bit more variety. We used the swimming pool multiple times with the children and the hotel was perfectly placed to be out and about travelling.

I had the presidential suite ... no small fridge for drinks and the TV shown in the photos was not there. Wall TV is wifi enabled for Netflix etc but not connected. We had to ask for the AC to be made operable. It just felt like the hotel was trying to cut all the corners possible to save money. We paid almost 300 Euro a night. On a good note, the food in the restaurant was great as was the food service.
