This coastal oasis has a wide open floor plan, high ceilings, and large rooms full of windows that create a "sunny" feel during your visit. This home was recently built and boasts natural sunlight throughout.
Luxurious Living and Dining Spaces:
On the ground level, you’ll find parking spaces for up to eight cars in the fenced in driveway. The whole space is bathed in elegant neutral tones. The kitchen is anchored by a chef-inspired gas range topped with a vent hood. A large island is perfect for entertaining family and friends — a dream when you’re cooking for large groups. The dining table has enough room for everyone to gather together over pancakes and fresh-squeezed orange juice in the mornings or glasses of sweet iced tea in the afternoons. Step into the comfy living area, with plush sofas. A flat screen television makes this spot ideal for cuddling up for a movie night in with your whole crew and a huge bowl of popcorn. A wall of windows faces the quiet neighborhood and the shoreline beyond. The first primary bedroom is located just off this living space and has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom for convenience. Walkout to a soaring deck that gives you a birds-eye view of the ocean from every bedroom in the house!
Endless Sleeping Options:
Head upstairs to the second-floor bedrooms. A secondary master suite has a king-size bed and a flatscreen television; the en suite bathroom is like having your own private spa — complete with a tub for soaking. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs along with a separate bathroom. The kids room is a snug bunk room for kids of all ages — with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin size trundle.
The entire home is available to guests with parking inside the white picket fence. The home is located in the exclusive Sea Isle neighborhood which sits at the forefront of the Galveston beach. The neighborhood pool is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is accessed with a guest pass that is an additional fee of $100 up to 10 guest.
In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $79.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $5,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
