Our first room initially appeared clean until we opened the curtains and found over a dozen dead bugs on the window ledge. It was after I sat down on the bed and looked up that I noticed several dozen bugs on the ceiling. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom at all, and we had a very hard time finding any staff anywhere to address any situation. When we did, they eventually did move our room and the second room was fine. We’ve been staying at this hotel for the past four years as our son goes to the local college however it has severely gone down in both condition and service. We had several reservations booked over the next few months, but I’ve canceled them all and we will be staying at other hotels.

⸻ ⭐️ 1 Star — Never Again Cold shower. Room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Could smell and hear someone actively smoking in the room next door. Every piece of fitness equipment was broken — total waste of a “fitness center.” Would not recommend to anyone.

Everything was fine until packing to leave. The door to the adjoining room (which was not part of our party) came open when we opened the hallway door. We tried to lock it but it would not lock. I reported the problem and the manager immediately came up with us to the room. He could not get it locked either, was very apologetic and professional. Could not adjust the cost of our room as it was paid thru Expedia. We were very impressed with his desire and attempt to satisfy our concerns.
