Great Place To Stay
I was very happy with our stay at Stone Creek and will keep it on my list of places to stay in Galena. This was a spur of the moment trip. The decor of the facility was very quaint and had a rustic feel. The overall facility was clean and well maintained. The woman who checked us in Thursday afternoon, 11/24/24 was extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to consider installing grab bars in the tub/shower for older guests. The breakfast buffet was very good, the only downside was the woman attending the dining area Friday morning 11/25/24 was not very friend and was rushing us to leave.

Birthday/ Thanksgiving Getaway (much needed)
It was mine and my wife’s birthdays with Thanksgiving in between. We were greeted by Teresa and she was very pleasant and hospitable and you should be proud to have such a good employee. She checked us in quickly and told us our stay was paid for by our daughter. That was such a wonderful surprise, we proceeded to tour the facility and was greeted by Rachel in housekeeping who told us about the rewards program which we will be looking into. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and the wonderful breakfasts and an evening in the saloon. We enjoyed our stay immensely we will be staying with you again, Thank You for the pleasant stay.
