List of things to complain about: no hot water except in shower which is on different system; heat and gas did not work (after watching video of how to operate systems in rental); window coverings falling down and inadequate (sun pouring in at 4 in the morning); inadequate directions to locate property ( words go around bac would help) keys not where we were told (they did fix this issue on the phone). Got in late and exhausted and barely slept. Awful towels were the least of our worries. Spend money on some other than signs telling me to relax and meditate. Not worth the price.

AVOID!!! Worst stay ever!!
Advertised as car parking on site, this is not true. Staircase to property is poorly lit and a fall hazard. TV had no aerial. Lounge curtains don’t fit window and room is overlooked. Master bedroom curtains are completely see through and room is overlooked so cannot get undressed unless you’re happy to be seen!
Boiler was broken, showing as having an internal electrical fault. My first night it was 5c in the property and I had to go to bed fully dressed with a massive coat on but still had no sleep. The property management knew this as they has bought plug in heaters… but could not be used as feet not attached so posed a fire risk. I spent a few hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue but no joy! I did end up being relocated on the second night, but had to pay out and get a refund from the property. The property management said I would get just one night refunded (apparently the first night of staying in a nightmare property was acceptable)… minus their cleaning fee of £30?!?! Hidden fee that should be clearly stated in their property description.
I never saw any of this refund from the property but have managed to resolve with hotels.com directly. The company that own this apartment are absolute cowboys and should not be allowed to advertise through hotels.com
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!
Sleep and hours of my life on the phone that I will never get back….. I should have taken more pictures but my phone was being used to deal with the issues
