It was very nice and very clean. Staff was attentive, professional and kind.
I do wish there was better arrangements for parking and drop off. When I arrived, There was no parking in front of the entry way. Parking was limited to 15 minute parking stalls.
I did not like the parking. It was limited and I did not want valet parking. The TV kept freezing up. But, the breakfast was good. Overall I give this stay 3 stars for average. I hope the above is used to improve the service.
So noisy outside- we were on the top floor and there were cars racing their engines till 3am also noise on the roof no maid service for 2 days. They mopped the elevators and left it wet and soapy slippery. Valet parking for $30 a day is annoying. The only things great was the breakfasts- that was excellent.and the beds were great.
The hotel is located near very good restaurants. Restaurant Dragonfly and Starbucks are right across the street, and Harry's and Liquid Ginger are within walking distance.
The only issue is parking - a parking garage is nearby, but with luggage, patrons end up using valet service. You'll need to time your exit, keeping valet car fetch in mind.
