Excellent customer service! Very clean hotel with a decent free breakfast, waffles are really good and great coffee. Indoor pool was nice. Lots of stores and food across the street. Highly recommend this location in Flowery Branch!

A lot of fixes seem to be needed
Unfortunately our stay was pretty crummy. We arrived to find that the pool was actually shut down for construction and my family was super bummed out. It was the main reason we booked the property. The rooms looked nice on the outside, but upon further viewing the fridge didn’t work, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, bedding was scratchy, and to top it off, our toilet just stopped flushing at about 11:30 at night. The front desk people were so nice and accommodating when I called for help and we were able to get another room, but it was kind of just one thing after another and made our stay more stressful than enjoyable. We don’t stay in many hotels, but this was the first time there were so many issues. My husband did say the breakfast choices were very good though so there’s a plus.
