We would agree with most of the reviews rated less than an '8'. The frustration for us is that the landlord refuses to improve any of the deficiencies noted in many of the reviews: signage about not flushing toilet paper in toilet, evidence of soiled sheets, lack of linen towels in kitchen, no broom or vacuum, clearly stating that normal amenities are not available(oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher). The landlord's argument is that the low rental price compared to other comparable properties justifies the above deficiencies. As former landlords ourselves we do not believe that her argument is justified. Just tell the truth and let the market decide.
Finally, the location, the cleanliness of this property, the roominess, the ability of the landlord to respond to inquiries was excellent, but insufficient for us to rent this property a second time because the landlord is uninterested in constructive critcism,.
