I never book anyone the night before or after your stay so check-in as early as you’d like and check-out as late as you like. There is a coffee and ice cream shop right downstairs so mornings and evenings are a breeze (as well as Gainesville’s best Jamaican food!).

Great apartment and location!
Apartment was exactly as described and Ryan provided excellent information so check-in and check-out was easy. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for food and visiting campus. Apartment amenities were great and we were very comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here again if visiting Gainesville!
