Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea and enjoy an amazing 180° sea view from this stunning vacation rental property. Located on the cliffs around 100 meters above sea level, this unique property offers an absolutely unparalleled location. Wake up to the stunning sunrise on the sea in the morning and bask in the breathtaking view from one of the large panoramic terraces.
For those who love to explore, right below the house is a stunning panoramic path that leads down the cliffs through Mediterranean plants, offering spectacular views on the cliffs and the sea. The area is usually deserted, even in summer, giving you a sense of peace and tranquility that you wouldn't expect. The house is on two levels, each with its own huge, partially shaded terrace with a spectacular sea view. The two levels are connected both from the inside and the outside.
The lower level of the house features a comfortable dining and living room, a large and fully equipped kitchen, one WC, and one small room with a double sofa bed that can be used as an office. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, and all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The upper level features three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be joined if needed. Each bedroom has a fantastic sea view and access to the terrace. There is one large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a WC.
Outside, there is a private garden with a nice shaded area with a table, benches, a stone barbecue with a pizza oven and fireplace. The perfect spot for hosting your own pizza party! There are also two outdoor showers (cold water only) available for your use.
This property was built in the 80s and although it's not super modern, it is comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and heating in winter. Stay connected with free WiFi, available with a premium business contract and unlimited traffic. Ideal for work as well!
The house is located in a calm area just a few kilometers away from the vibrant town of Santa Maria di Leuca, with its shops and restaurants. While there is no sea access below the house, the closest sea access points can be found in Santa Maria di Leuca, which offers a small sandy beach, and Ciolo, a spectacular, well-known fjord with access to the sea from the rocks. Long sandy beaches, such as the ones found in Pescoluse, can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kW charged to guests was €0,42 on 13/07/2023, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot and might hopefully decrease, your actual price per kW will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable compared to 2022, which is an ambitious goal given the 10%+ inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals.
