Feel the wake up and lie down with the beauty of Funchal Bay, from the most famous point of view of the Island we introduce your luxurious and cozy, family get-away spot up to 10 guests.
Clean infinity swimming pool and barbecue all over the year for the exclusive use of guests.

This amazing brigth and spacious Villa has 4 bedrooms with breathtaking ocean view and individual bathroom´s in frist level, and one more bedroom in ground level, fully equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation.

The large outside terrace and gardens facing both sea and downtown, is the perfect place for you to relax in the sun or have some deligthful meals.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with anything you may need to cook, facing a large Living Room for a better iteration of the guests. A special bónus is that you can enjoy cooking with aromatic plants and vegetables from the crop land.
We also have the basics needed for cooking, such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper ingredients and coffee.

In the Barbecue we offer wood, charcoal, lighters and all the tools.

We provide fresh bed linen and towels.
If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide upon request a cot and high chair.

There is also a laundry, with all necessary products to wash our clothes.

There is parking places available for free in the outside of the Villa.

Note: The Level -1 (Games Room), will be closed from Mid-November 2024 till Mid-February 2025, for renovations works, so not possible to acess it during that period.

Rúben and is Team are available 24h a day, to support our guest, so they can feel at home. Usually we give big amount of tips, restaurants, hiking, levadas, supermarket, peculiar places, beaches, boat trips, and also non tourist places.

In order to comply with local regulations, we are applying the recently implemented Tourist Tax (Municipality of Funchal - Regulamento N. 764/2024).
From 01 of October 2024, Local Accommodations in the municipality of Funchal will apply a fee of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (children up to 13 years old are exempt).
For reservations made before October 1, 2024 and already confirmed, the payment of this fee must be made during the stay, and can be made in cash or by bank transfer. For new bookings, the corresponding amount will already be included in the applicable taxes.


We will ask you to send guests' personal data (name, date of birth, ID card/passport number, nationality and country of residence). This submission is mandatory to communicate to AIMA (former SEF – Foreigners and Borders Service), under article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Local Accommodation law in Portugal.
