When checking in, desk clerk should have introduced herself since she was not wearing a name tag( I worked in guest services& retail myself) This was my first experience at a Baymont. I thought that housekeeping had not finished the room( making the bed). Very unusual bed treatment - no comforter & blanket in between sheets with pillows oddly place - not inviting - I had a throw in car & slept on top of made bed - pillows were comfy - blanket did not look or feel comfy after finding it "
