The location is super convenient and directly linked to the underground (subway & JR Hakata station), which made getting around really easy and the room was really nice — spacious, comfy, and packed with great amenities. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely return.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Miyako. The location is very convenient, being right next to Hakata station, yet quiet and calm. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Staff were very professional and helpful, assisting with our luggage delivery and storage. Would highly recommend staying at Miyako when visiting Fukuoka.

Direct access elevator from ground to room or lobby is good. Room was too hot. the a/c was inadequate for relatively new hotel. The worst part is the breakfast. Considering the price we paid for the rooms. People CAN tell if you put effort into the preparation. And clearly, they didnt!. The food selection was so limited, it was cold , unappetizing, and slow to be refilled. The coffee was absolutely horrendous. I am saying this as someone who has stayed in over a dozen hotels in Fukuoka. We ended up going to the mcdonalds in the basement afterwards.
