Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay pleasant and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The space feels a bit squashed, making it challenging for two people to use at the same time. There is also limited space for personal toiletries, and the overall storage options in the room are quite restricted. That said, for the price point, it’s a good choice, especially if you're traveling solo or don’t mind the cozy bathroom setup.

Advertised as a 4 star property but they don’t even make your bed each day or provide new coffee mugs / cups. I understand not washing linen each day for environmental purposes but lack of service overall does not match the price of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and near the subway line that connects to Hakata and the airport which is rather convenient. The staffs are polite and helpful. Would recommend my friends and relatives to stay this hotel.

The hotel location is good (subway just few mins away), but the room size is relatively small as for twin bed. The bed is too soft. Public bath might get over crowded at late night and suprisingly in the morning. Breakfast was great. There are lots of shopping malls and resturants around. Overall is still a great place to stay.

Not a 4-star hotel!

We booked the deluxe twin room and it is very small. Basically no space between the two single beds. Hot bath does not have towel and need to bring the room towel. Not really offering 4-star service and the price is the highest for this trip so far - we have been to Kyoto, Kobe and Kagoshima.
