部屋の入り口のコードが、メールがチャットで送られてくるとのことで当日まで待ちましたが一向に連絡がこないため、こちらから電話をかけたところ、ショートメッセージで送っていただけました。 ただ当日夜に共有スペースにいたところ、同様にコードが分からないから教えて欲しいと何人も声をかけられ、私に送り忘れたのではなく、そもそも運営スタッフが怠慢で誰にも送っていないようでした。後からクチコミを見ても同様の報告が多いようなので、ずいぶん前からそれが当たり前のようになっていたようです。 部屋に入れないとさすがに困るので、みんななんとかして誰かから聞き出して部屋に入って事なきを得ているのでしょうが、他人に迷惑をかけることが前提になっているのに結果オーライと思っている運営スタッフの怠慢には疑問が残ります。 施設は綺麗でした。

施設は、ビルの2階、3階にある部屋のような感じで、ホテルというイメージではありませんでした。スタッフが無人の時間があるようで、オートロックで入りますが、前日までになかなか部屋のパスワードの連絡がなく不安でした。スタッフの対応がしっかりしているといいと思います。部屋は広くてきれいでした。

シャワールームと部屋までに共有スペースがあり 常に人がいてる状態なので女子は少し嫌だなと感じました。また、海外の方が多く共有スペースで深夜まで盛り上がっていて笑い声も部屋までずっと聞こえてきて、なかなか寝れなかったです。 コミニュケーションが好きで共有スペースに居たい方にはいいホテルだと思います。

大変清潔感のある施設でした。コンクリート部分が多く、少し冷たい印象だったので、部屋はもう少しカーペット等があるとより良くなると思いました。ベッドは硬めが好きな私でも大変硬いと感じたので、もう少し柔らかくてもいいかもしれません。

場所、金額は安くてとても助かりましたが、 衛生面として、部屋に入った際に トイレが流れてなかったのでびっくりしました。そのまま宿泊しましたが、 食事も部屋で食べれないので共有スペースで食事をしました。外国の方が多かったです。

ホステルの裏側には大濠公園と福岡城があり、緑とアジサイがきれいでした。 2階ラウンジの大きなテーブルで、おしゃべりしたり食事したり仕事したり。国際交流が出来るのが楽しい😃 女子のベッドルームのカーテンクリップが無い箇所がところどころあるので早く治して欲しい

雰囲気・コスパGood＾＾
スタッフさんが気さくで明るく過ごしやすかったです。洗濯機・乾燥機が使える（洗剤は要持参）が有難かったです＾＾　コンロ・料理器具は無し。けど、トースターはあるのでパン焼けました♪　タオルあり、ドライヤーあり。シャンプー・トリートメント・ボディソープあり。ドミトリーですが、まぁまぁハンガーラックもあって、ちょっと濡れたものを干しておけたのも助かりました。コスパいいです＾＾　共有スペースでZoomもできました（人が多いときは、様子を見つつ）。マメに掃除されているので、清潔感も♬　立地的にも落ち着いた治安良さそうな雰囲気。安心感して宿泊できました。

立地はいいけど、この設備で一泊6,500は高い。 フロントがないため、スタッフの方も誰だかわからないし特に声もかけてこない。手続きの仕方がわからなかったのでメッセージのやり取りをしたがあんまり親切じゃない。 シャワー室の扉が割れている。 正直おすすめはしないです。 清潔感（特に香り）はよかったです。
