Beach to park in 9 min. Most Convenient location to village amenities.

Sequoia Starfall Riverfront home is newly styled by a model home decorator for the ultimate in fun and comfort. Everything from bedding, linens, dishes and furniture is top quality and new.

We selected this one acre property to develop primarily for it's center of the village location, while having direct river front access in the backyard! Enjoy walking to the best restaurants, coffee, brewery and short drive to Park entrance and visitors center.

The home is located on the river side of the Sequoia Pacific Realty Center, with complete privacy. The deck walk takes you to the front door, and the green grass lawn takes you to the river, and tree house over looking the river.

Here the hard to find private river access is the star. Adults and kids alike won’t want to come in out of the water or from their beach lounge.

You will be given a code to the gated entrance which takes you down a deck walk and landscaped walk way to the Riverfront home. The front of home has been clad in local lake stone, which gives a “Big Sur” vibe. The exterior deck furniture is true to the original mid century era of architecture and is Ficks Reed vintage rattan from Hawaii for that resort vacation feel. You’ll enjoy your time outdoors as much as the fun completely remodeled, redecorated new indoors!

Walk in to an open living room off of the two levels of decks from the large green lawn, professionally built tree house, with rope swing, and private sandy beach river swimming spot! The spacious living room lends itself to kicking back and enjoying the big screen tv, or gathering for memory making group board games. Open to the river side, you will love just sitting and looking at the view.
Move up the Catalina California artistic styled tiled entrance to the dining area with live edge sycamore slab dining corner nook table and new kitchen.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with all new appliances and conveniently hidden louvered closeted Laundry room. All dishes and appliances are new with a few fun vintage pieces collected this year.

Three Bedrooms, and three baths perfect for six guests.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, Private commode, corner sink and mirrors. Marvin tilt windows to the riverside views with true and in perfect condition Hawaiian Tropical print barkcloth window coverings. Vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, with ceiling fan. The master is located just off the large front entrance deck with gorgeous views.

The two guest bedrooms each feature a private deck for conversation, reading and extended privacy. Guest bedroom two has an en-suite private shower, commode, sink & mirror. Lit vintage art glass closet, stunning and convenient. Guest bedroom 3 features a deck with views to the river, lawn and tree house.

Guest bath is central in home and makes a total of 3 bathrooms.

You are located on the 1 acre Sequoia Pacific Realty Center in the private dedicated riverside of this property. The ultimate best of all worlds vacation spot! The gardens have just been installed, and continue to grow and be developed. The property includes a wonderous variety of horticulture, large specimen sago palms, roses, citrus, azaleas, Camilla and seasonal flowers and California natives.

Enjoy the new bbq, two levels of decks and firepit in the evening. You may not wish to leave, but when you want to get out and about for local flavor you are within short walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants, coffee houses and brewery in the village.

The Park gate entrance is a picturesque 5 and a half mile drive. We are convenient to everything. Love hosting and are proud to offer this latest accommodation to our inventory of unique boutique and resort like River properties.

Inquire here for multiple accommodations for large reunions, group wedding stays, yoga retreats, or longer term contractor housing. Close to services, great hosts
Positives: close to businesses, fantastic yard and river access, very clean, attentive hosts. Negatives: on the main road, indoor lighting was dim particularly around the dining table. Overall, if you want seclusion this is not the place for you, but for our family it was great!

A pleasant stay
This home is well taken care of. It's not large but it's clean and comfortable and the layout works well for a family with children. When we were there the current in the river was pretty fast and I would caution families with small children if you are thinking it is a good place for swimming. You can swim in the lake and the river is great for rafting. The Sequoia National Park entrance is minutes away. It is roughly 1 hour drive to get to Giant Grove and the General Sherman Tree.

Convenient Drive to Natl Parks
We stayed here for a weekend getaway to visit Sequoia and King’s Canyon National Parks. The house is only about ten minute drive to get to Sequoia NP. The house was fully stocked and truly clean. I cannot say enough good things about the plush mattress pad in the master bedroom. The backyard is amazing even though the river isn’t very high this time of year. Plenty of outdoor seating (plus tabletop fire pit). Great place to stay!

A great place on the river with everything close by
The house is very nice with a great outside area. There is everything needed in the house, even beach towels. The river access is excellent and is situated on the main fork of the river so there should be water even late in the season. Several restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed the slow pace of the surroundings at the river after a trip through Hollywood and San Francisco. The space was very comfortable and roomy for our family. The bed in the master was super comfy! We enjoyed our time on the river and there is lots of outdoor space for relaxing. The only item I would note is that the unit is attached to other properties and is not completely private. The owners did a good job of adding items to increase privacy but I didn't realize how close it was to the gas station and realty office from the pictures. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the accomodations.

Some Great Some Challenges
First off the great: close to Sequoia entrance, amazing back yard and deck, easy access right to the river, good beds and pillows, small but well stocked kitchen, well decorated. The Challenges: the bathroom layout is a bit awkward but ok, the washing machine had a terrible smell that unfortunately escaped into the kitchen and dining area. The biggest challenge was that the power went out and we were unable to reach any of the three contact numbers. We finally the next morning received a text back saying that there was a scheduled power outage and that they had let us know through the booking service. We looked back through all of our messages and we had not been notified. We asked to discuss these issues with them and it has been complete silence for almost two weeks now. (Wanted to give them a chance to respond to us before writing this review. ) Overall, this place is good, as long as you don’t need to do laundry, are ok eating out on the deck, and don’t need anything from the manager. The back yard and river access really are beautiful.

Good choice for a family going to the Sequoia NP
Great property, understanding property management, and lots to offer Great location - at the edge of where there was cell signal (a few minutes drive towards Sequoia National Park there will be none) Lots to do - outdoors are fun, except the insane amount of bugs, leaving bites and rash on everyone (we were indeed in the woods after all) Little room to put toiletries by bathroom sinks - fairly inconvenient when everything you need for your morning/evening routine are on the floor, except your toothbrushes Good bedding and mattresses Quiet and green out of every window

Three Rivers
Very nice family vacation home. Location is with in walking distance to coffee shops, brewery, and restaurants. Many other shops within a short drive. A short 15 min drive to the park entrance and Three Rivers visitor center. It is a longer drive up the mountain to all the main sites and hiking trails. Only way to stay closer would be to camp out or stay in the park. Enjoyed the river access and we were treated when a large bear walked right through the yard as we were enjoying time outside on the back decks.

Great location with private access to the river!
We had a great time! The beds and pillows were so cozy, the smart big screen TV and big cozy leather couch were fabulous for cozying up on for dinner and movies after a long day in Sequoia, and the running river (even in August!) and treehouse in back were terrific treats for our kids. Pam was so sweet, she gave us some super yummy chocolate turtles from Totem Market & Gifts at check-in. Would definitely recommend booking here, and Quesadilla Gorilla and Sierra Salads for yummy local eats. :)

Quick response to issue
Very nice property. Owners were extremely responsive. It was very hot (July) and one day the A/C quit working. The owners were extremely fast and responsive. They came out so quickly and had it up and running again in no time. They showed how a VRBO should be run. Very good experience!

Great family getaway
Owners/managers are very nice. Communication with them throughout booking process and our stay was easy. The location of the house is perfect. It feels very private as it is located on the river side of the Realty Center. Very close to Sequoia National Park. Close to restaurants and markets. It was great having a gas station right next to the property and you can't see or hear the gas station from the it. The house was very clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the big backyard and tree house while we sat by the fire pit. Having access to the river was definitely the best, most special thing about this property. Thank you Pam and Shea!

Great Spot, Awesome Sequoia Access!
Took the family up to Sequoia National Park for a week in late July and we were extremely happy with our stay! The location provided excellent access to the park (~5 miles) and was within easy walking distance to the few (but very cool) restaurants and coffee shops in Three Rivers. The house itself was a bit quirky but super charming and easily housed our family of 6. The back patio and yard were awesome for hanging out and playing games after a great day of hiking in the park. The real gem of this property though was the creek access which may have been the highlight of our trip and we spent many evening hours cooling off in the refreshing water (note: it was pretty hot there in July but the flip side is that the water level was low and not very fast-moving which was great for swimming). As far as negatives go, the house is located right beside a gas station and the other neighbor is also pretty close but the property owners are working hard to improve the privacy as part of the other improvements they are doing. The house is also located right on the main road going through Three Rivers but traffic is light and we didn't spend much time away from our backyard anyway. Neither of these issues were a big deal to us and positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The property owners were delightful and very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. In summary, we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return!
