1) Payment: We pay the apartment in January 2024. Ten days before arrival they charged two and a half more than agree as deposit. We were at the end of my trip so this huge extra charge ruined my last days of the trip (this funds were reserved for other activities, that we were forced to cancel).
2) Cleaining: When we arrived to the apartment, it was not clean (everything from previous customer was there). We were not informed upfront, neither was easy to contact the owner. Finnally, we get the apartment 2h37' late, so we were forced to cancel afternoon activities, we were not able to have a shower until late (we were hiking the full morning in Yosemite, so the shower was a must).
3) Communication: even I explained to the owner that the charges were a mistake, just ten days after our stay, she admmitted the charges were a mistake and she refund my money back and we get a compensation.
The apartment is as per description, so no issue there. The only thing to take into consideration is that there are not stoves, so if you want to coke something is not possible.
