Besides the dirty elevator, two broken down cars in the parking lot, mounds of trash where residents are told to place their trash. The lumpy mattress, the short shower curtain, missing sheveing in the refrigerator. The staff was very nice and courteous

Due to poor kitchen ventilation, the room smelled. The window had a crack. It didn't come with a hairdryer and had to ask for soap and shampoo. There was no ice machine either. The office was only open from 7 am to 10 pm. It was a mistake booking it.

This place is full of roaches, management never around. I was going to stay a week and i only stay one night cause it was nasty . Now they don't want to refund my money. So please people look for another place cause this is just terrible!

Smelled like smoke even though I requested non smoking. Toilet leaking water on the floor. Door lock was malfunctioning and the key would not open it. Had to have staff let me in.

This property is dirty. It smells like hell. It’s an abode for homeless folks. You will come out and see people sleeping in the stairways or roaming the property. Someone can just knock on your door and try opening it. I’ve heard of stories about break ins. No one comes to clean your room no matter how many times you asked. It’s probably a place where government put homeless people. And then there are those sleeping on stairways and leave dirty and trash and horrible smell. Staff at the reception are the only people in the facility. They have been great in attending to you. I am never going back to this facility again.
