Nestled in the Cliffs is a very cozy and secluded property located in Fredonia, Arizona which is just outside of Kanab about 5 miles. This house is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with a kitchen that is well stocked with small appliances. Hosts love families and have even provided a toddler hiking backpack for guests to use!! Each bedroom includes a loft! Enjoy using the BBQ out back during your stay!

We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more.
Both bedrooms have 1 king bed and one queen bed! The queen beds are located in the lofts above the king beds. Full kitchen, dining area and living room!

This home is located 5 minutes from the town of Kanab. Owners of the home live next door so please be courteous. Be sure to contact the property managers if any assistance is needed.
Getting Around:
Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
