I recently stayed at this Ramada location and was quite disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The building is noticeably outdated and lacks an elevator, which made moving luggage inconvenient. The bathroom was in need of renovation and better upkeep—the tissue box was empty, the toilet paper holder was broken, and overall cleanliness could have been improved. The bedroom carpet was also dirty, which added to the feeling that the room was not well maintained. Wifi was not stable: kept disconnected. Although breakfast was complimentary, the quality was underwhelming. The hash browns and eggs were bland, and the coffee was so weak that it tasted more like water than coffee. Given Ramada’s reputation, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Balcony room was really nice but with no elevator it was difficult. I didn't like that when i asked for a first floor room due to a disability they weren't accommodating. They breakfast was a very good variety and it was tasty. The restaurant service and food was good. A little pricy for some of the dishes.

I’m not one to give reviews, but this place was so absolutely disgusting. We were placed in room 119 and it was exactly the same from when it was first built as nothing had been upgraded and I mean nothing. The carpet was all unravelling at the seams. There was what look like black mould all around the bathroom tub area. When having a shower, the whole bottom of the tub was lifting up as it needed a new tub so desperately. We got in kind of late and exhausted so in the morning I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and I was told to have a good day. Never will I ever, ever go back there again! You did not want to take your shoes off for one minute it was that sick.

We stayed at the Fredericton Ramada this past weekend, I didn’t complain to front desk, I know how busy and that they probably deal with enough, but I do want to express that our room had mold in it, in the bathroom, the tub squished under my feet, due to rot and mold. Our kids actually were so stuffed up all night we thought they were getting sick but cleared up within an hour of leaving. Our room had a makeup brush on the floor under the table and hadn’t been vacuumed, food and small pieces of paper were visible. The chairs in the room, when you sit in them they come apart at the handles, they look safe until you lean back to sit comfortably and it comes apart.

Unfortunately this property has seen better day's. Once high end the hotel is showing its age. The pool was cold, the TV not functioning properly, our window was broken, the coffeemaker had lost a leg. That kind of thing. The new bed was good after refusing to sleep on an old one
