The rooms are very run down. We had a suite and the living room was fine but the bedroom was so musty and humid. It made the carpet and bed feel wet. We ended up only staying one night of 2 because of this, but the front desk was very helpful getting our 2nd night cancelled

Staff wouldn’t let me check in because the reservation was under my son’s name . I had my email conected to my account and my booking confirmation . Terrible experience the girl was so rude and didn’t try to help at all in giving me a solution. She was rude the whole time and I showed her the receipt of the booking.
