They were renovating this property. There were several dogs there which i didn't care for. There was a cord going across the desk to the plug in instead of having something on the wall to plug the lamp, fridge and microwave.

I liked the convenience of the area, all the shopping areas and also the cleanliness. The pool was nice, breakfast was okay. The only issues we had were spotty wifi, no toilet paper in room, and power went out the morning we had to check out.

Hot water wasn’t available for shower or sink. Called front desk. Neither maintenance nor a manager was available. The hotel is under renovation . Wish I had known. Waiting for manager to respond.

Property was under maintenance at the time and plumbing was just done but for the most part it was clean and quiet. The staff was good. The only issue I had was the door to the room was hard to open. You had to push real hard like you was breaking in once it turned green and the AC was real loud when it kept turning on so I would fixed those two issues especially for people staying a longer period of time then one night.

They were doing renovations, the old furniture and mattresses were piled up outside my window. The dumpster was being picked up at 2am, and was extremely loud.

Property was undergoing renovation so it was a little rough around the edges. Our shower drain was slow so my shower wasn’t very enjoyable as I was standing in 4” of water. Besides that we weren’t able to checkin in when we arrived due to a computer issue. So we had to wait 20 min and we’re finally issued keys but had to come back down in an hour to give our credit card. So after driving 5 hours, we arrived at 11:20 and were able to lay down to sleep at 1:15. We were very annoyed.

The thermostat was broken, torn off the wall. The tv from the wall was gone and a smaller tv was sitting way down low on the suitcase area. We couldn’t lift it higher as the cord wouldn’t go any higher and you couldn’t see it from the bed unless you were sitting straight up.

Terrible place to stay
The hotel is very outdated. Renovations are currently being done. It was hard to open and close the door to the hotel room. There was black mold in the pool area. The back of the building had so many old mattresses, furniture and lamps. The place looked like trash!

I loved that they accepted my pets but I didn't like the early early breakfast. Being on vacation and having to get up @ 8am to get breakfast is not good & I came down @ 9:30 the 1st. Morning I stayed and there was almost no breakfast available & staff said they would not bring amy more out. Pool could use some refinishing.
