Nice, comfortable property with a few quirks. Nice new furniture. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen well stocked with with what you need. Wifi was terrible and really didn't work for the most part. Walls are a bit thin and could hear neighbors here and there, but overall noise wasn't an issue. Good stay and would stay there again.

It took a while to get inside though with multiple emails and calls before we arrived. It is a condominium saying with washer and dryer available but not in the unit! The building is not soundproof and I was awaken by cars or trains

Great spot for access to Winter Park / Fraser
The listing photos do this place a bit of a disservice as the property is much lighter and brighter (and therefore feels bigger and nicer) than advertised. Everything was clean and in good working condition and we had all we needed to sleep 5 adults and 2 kids for our ski trip. It's a condo complex so, yeah, you're going to hear the neighbors a bit. Wasn't an issue for us or disruptive in any way for getting good rest after long days on the slopes. Great value for the money and would be happy to stay there again.

This condo and complex was much nicer in person than it looked in the pictures. That rarely happens. I was very pleased with my unit. The furniture was nice and new, everything worked and it was nice and clean with a great patio. Definitely a really good value and I would stay there again when going to Winter Park.

Everything we walked on made any kind of sound. We made a conscience effort to be quiet and respectful to the people below us and they complained about the noise. Perhaps some sound or vibration barrier is needed. Otherwise everything was very clean and nice.

Great location. Very clean and the only thing that could’ve made it better were sheets for the pull out sofa and some extra blankets as we were there over a chilly weekend (didn’t bring extra bedding-thought it would be warmer!) Also, maybe some dish towels? Other than those little things, we had a great stay!!!
