The hotel is in a convenient location and mostly nice, but we checked in later in the evening after a long drive and immediately went out for a late dinner. We got back to our room at around 10pm and my younger son said the toilet wasn't flushing well after only a #1. We had to wake up the next morning and deal with a toilet that wouldn't flush anything but water. We called for help from the front desk and they said nothing could be done before 7am, and since we were waking up early to get to an event we had to be at by 8am, we were simply out of luck. When telling the front desk about the inconvenience I was asked if I had called when we first learned of the poor flushing late at night. We didn't, because it did flush water. When it was discovered we couldn't use it the next morning we immediately called and it was just a "too bad". No offer to make it right, nothing. Poor customer service, and for a hotel this expensive, you'd think housekeeping would be required to check and make sure the toilet worked before letting the room be rented to the next user.
