This was truly one of my favorite hotel stays of my life. Everything this property did enhanced my experience at Iguaçu falls! The proximity to the falls and the before and after hours access to the park was fabulous, the spa was lovely and the pool was a dream. Thank you for the best hotel stay!!

This was a great experience from the moment you walk in - they greet you sit you down in a nice room - and a welcome drink and take you to your room - and it never stops - First Class Service all the way - A tremendous breakfast Buffet is include and the proximity to the falls really makes this the only option. My daughter wanted to choose this hotel and she was ecstatic when i agreed. There was a big difference is cost and i gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was the best decision I made in planning our trip to Brazil. This property everything here was a great experience.

Luxury Experience at Unbeatable Location

Unbeatable location inside the park, with access to the trails before and after the park opens. Hotel itself is a luxury experience, except for the many mosquitos in the room at night (even with window tightly shut)! The service is excellent. I made pre-arrival bedding requests: they were acknowledged before and upon arrival, and perfectly met! Note that this (Brazilian) side of the Falls has only one trails, so there is not much to do once you have done that 45-minute to one-hour trail. Unless you are content to sit by the pool and just relax, I'd recommend just a one-night stay.

A truly amazing experience. The proximity to the falls is unbeatable, but even apart from that, this is a wonderful luxury hotel. The facilities and grounds are beautiful, and every staff person we encountered was friendly and attentive. We tried the breakfast and dinner buffets at the restaurant, and both were cornucopias. We wished we could have stayed longer.

customer service at it's best, The whole package was just exceptional and we couldnt fault anything. Stephnie is an excellent with guest and all out trips were well organised. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special place to stay in Iguazu fall.
