We're traveling with small children. Do you offer baby gear rentals?
We especially love making traveling with little ones easier for you. Want to leave all your bulky "baby paraphernalia" at home? StayGVL offers daily rentals of children's gear with no added delivery fees. Inquire with us about our offerings! Request those items when reserving the property, and we'll ensure they are on-site when you arrive.

What about early check-ins and late checkouts?
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.
Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit.
What if I come to Greenville often?

What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.
Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
What are StayGVL's office hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.
Cancellation Policy: See specific policies on each booking platform. However, when booking on VRBO or directly with StayGVL, due to credit card processing payment requirements at the time of booking, a 3.1% processing charge will be paid to Entre-Realty, LLC to cover processing fees, so if a guest does request a refund and cancellation, only 96.9% will be refunded if the guest qualifies for a "100%" refund.
As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.
