Gostamos muito de nossa estadia. O Vila Smart nao tem piscina, mas disponibilizam a piscina do Vila Mayor. O café da manhã era o mesmo todos os dias, mas tinham muitas opções. Funcionários solícitos. O estacionamento é rotativo na calçada, mas tem um privativo que custa 30 reais por dia. Íamos andando para a praia. Recomendo!

Experiencia agradável, no quarto temos uma boa cama, com ar condicionado e frigobar, mas a qualidade de imagem da TV é ruim com casulos de insetos pela parede. No banheiro são toalhas ralas, com Box com vidro mas o chuveiro sai pouca água. Tive um Bom café da manha, sempre com 2 tipos de frutas cortadas + 2 tipos de frutas self service, 2 tipos de bolos, 2 tipos de sucos e demais do cotidiano

Não gostei, embora o quarto seja bom!
O hotel é uma espécie de anexo do Villa Mayor . Não tem recepção - o check in é feito no V. Mayor e nos deslocamos pelo passeio para o hotel onde o acesso é com a chave do quarto. Detalhe que havíamos caminhado com as malas até a recepção, desde a outra esquina pois não tinha estacionamento e, em seguida, precisamos sair novamente para área externa para seguir para o outro hotel. O quarto é espaçoso e a cama até confortável - o mais positivo. Não tem interfone no quarto para contato com a recepção (do V. Mayor). O café da manhã é muito simples com pouquíssimas opções e pouca variedade, além de o ambiente não ser muito agradável. O ponto forte é a máquina de café e capuccino e prepara beiju (tapioca) - só a mista - na hora. O preço é bom, comparado a simplicidade - mas, confesso que em outra oportunidade, buscando o valor acessível, darei preferência ao Ibis.

Falta de espelho no quarto.
Foi tudo ótimo, exceto a acomodação no quarto, que não tinha espelho, e como ficou hospedada 4 mulheres, ficou muito complicado dividir apenas um espelho de meio corpo no banheiro. E também o chuveiro que não tinha queda d'agua.

Quarto amo, com cama confortável e ar condionado ótimo. A equipe da recepção, que é dividida com outro hotel, é muito educada e prestativa. Quanto aos pontos negativos, não existe nenhum isolamento acustico nos quartos, então 7 da manha voce acorda com portas batendo, móveis arrastando pela equipe de limpeza, pessoas conversando do lado de fora ou a propria musica ambiente do lado externo. Sobre o estacionamento, o valor cobrado pela diaria do carro pago a parte é ate ok, mas ele fica fora do hotel e nao existe funcionario na porta de la, entao voce precisa ficar procurando o responsavel e aguardar ele ir abrir para so entao voce conseguir acessar seu veículo. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e se voce for após as 9h (eles oferecem ate as 10h) prepare-se para ter ainda menos poções e uma cozinheira com a cara feia quando perguntada se haverá reposição. O banheiro não tem box, apenas cortina, e o vaso sanitário fica dentro da área de banho, então ele fica completamente molhado apos o banho. Pelo valor da diária, a experiência final não é ruim, mas deixa a desejar.
