O pessoal da recepção foram 10, mas o quarto não foi bom. Primeiro pedi duas camas de solteiro e colocaram uma de cada. Segundo a tv não funcionava. Terceiro a porta do banheiro não fechava. Café da manhã uma delícia. O local é espetacular.

Terrível, frustrante e inacreditável. ENGANAÇÃO!
Chegamos na pousada às 03:45h da madrugada e só queríamos um quarto com uma boa cama para repousarmos. Para nossa surpresa o quarto que nos esperava parecia saído de um filme de horror. Muita sujeira, o que havia ali era uma condição de calamidade. Além do cheiro de bolor, nos rodapés havia vários buracos por onde saíam formigas e ao redor deles punhados de veneno para contê-las. Montes de sujeiras acumulados por todos os cantos, além das teias de aranha entre os móveis e na parede ao redor das camas. O banheiro com cabelos no chão, todo encardido e sem a porta do box. Roupas de cama e banho manchadas e com aspecto de sujas. Pedi que nos trocassem de quarto, o que foi feito na manhã seguinte, mas as condições do novo não estava muito diferente. O café da manhã péssimo. Frios com aspecto de passados, sem resfriamento algum, pães secos, mesas e louças sujas e manchadas, e a comida no geral passava a impressão de azeda e mal armazenada. Todos os dias por volta da 06h, creio que na troca de funcionários, as risadas e conversas entre eles na recepção era num tom tão alto que acordava todos no térreo. O que salvou um pouco nossa experiência foi o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção que foram muito prestativos e nos ajudaram com o que puderam, inclusive nos dando dicas dos lugares para passear. Porque não saímos de lá? Porque estava tudo lotado. Logo depois com R$ 100,00 de diferença nos hospedamos em Canoa Quebrada numa outra pousada e nossa experiência foi maravilhosa.

Razoável. Foi somente uma diária, basicamente para dormir devido ao horário do vôo. Chuveiro com baixa pressão devido a uma simples falta de limpeza do local que sai a água, além de não ter água quente mesmo estando ligado na energia elétrica. Frigobar tomado de gelo e o que é pior, copo descartável sujo deixado pelo hóspede anterior. Embaixo da cama com poeira e mais copo descartável usado, limpeza não realizada. Lençol rasgado. Wi-fi muito ruim. Ar condicionado funcionando. Funcionários prestativos. Local excelente.

Boa localização, bom atendimento, os rapazes da recepção são atenciosos e o café da manhã é bom, porém o espaço é pequeno com apenas 3 mesas para 4 pessoas cada. Sobre o hotel, quartos limpos, e aconchegantes, possui tomadas para eletros com pinos mais grossos, como escova secadora (lembrando que a voltagem aqui no nordeste é de 220v), no banheiro não possui ducha ao lado do vaso sanitário, parece bobagem, mas isso faz uma diferença na comodidade. De forma geral eu gostei bastante de ter me hospedado no Hotel Pousada Villa Mariana!
